GÖÇ DESTEK is not an organization affiliated with or belonging to the Presidency of Migration Management of the Republic of Turkey. However, it is a private company that operates within the legal framework and is authorized to provide consultancy in online application processes.

The legal authorization regarding the online service provision process was published in the Official Gazette dated 12 August 2020 and numbered 10136.

GÖÇ DESTEK provides consultancy services; it cannot guarantee or commit to obtaining a residence permit. Granting a residence permit is solely under the authority of the Republic of Turkey Migration Management.
