By approving this text, you hereby expressly consent to the use of your personal data, which you have provided to our Company within the scope of Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to only as the “Law”), by our Company in transactions with all relevant institutions and organizations, primarily the Migration Authority, and to the sharing of such data with institutions/organizations, in order to provide information about our services and to communicate with you, and to transfer the data to all relevant institutions and organizations, primarily the Migration Authority, which are third parties established in Turkey and abroad, in order to carry out all transactions related to consultancy and/or intermediary services in line with the requests of service recipients.

Your personal data shall be processed in accordance with legal regulations and in cooperation with all relevant institutions and organizations, primarily the Immigration Office, which is a third party established domestically and abroad, for the periods stipulated in commercial practices, in order for the service recipients to benefit fully and completely from the consultancy and/or intermediary activities of our company. Within the scope of the Law, our Data Controller Company is; GÖÇ DESTEK DANIŞMANLIK and agrees to comply with all responsibilities and obligations in the Law. You expressly approve the transfer of your personal data to all relevant institutions and organizations, primarily the Immigration Office, which is a third party established domestically or abroad, to be determined by our Data Controller Company, for the storage, storage and sharing of these data for the purposes for which explicit consent is given.

Within the scope of your legal rights; you have the right to apply to our Data Controller Company at any time and learn with which institutions and organizations your personal data is shared and for what purpose, to obtain written or verbal information on this subject, to request information regarding this, to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether these data are used in accordance with the purpose, to know all other relevant institutions and organizations, especially the Migration Administration, which is a third party established in Turkey and abroad to which personal data is transferred, to request correction of errors in personal data and, if sharing has been done, to request this correction from the relevant third party institution or organization, to request the deletion, destruction or anonymization of these data if the reasons requiring sharing of personal data are eliminated and, if sharing has been done, to request that this request be conveyed to the third party institution or organization with whom it was shared, to object to any negative result related to the person as a result of the shared data, and to claim compensation within the framework of the law in case of damages arising from data processing or sharing contrary to the Law.
